Anthony Mansaray

Founder and Team Leader

Anthony Mansaray is the Founder and Team Lead at RAMLabs and a Research Fellow at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). He brings over 15 years of professional experience in the design and implementation of research, monitoring and evaluation, accountability, and learning systems, with work spanning global health, education, governance, gender, and humanitarian response. His previous roles include positions with International Non - Governmental Organisations across Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Ghana. LSHTM where he leads social science research in Sierra Leone on vaccine confidence, outbreak preparedness, and epidemic response, including contributions to the EBOVAC and PREVAC Ebola vaccine trials. He also lectures in the Department of Global Health and Development and is pursuing a PhD in Public Health and Policy as a Commonwealth Scholar. Through RAMLabs, Anthony leads collaborations with international partners, including the University of Chicago, UC Berkeley, the London School of Economics, German Doctors, Oxfam, Invest Salone, and Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Health, to deliver rigorous research that informs both policy and practice. He has supported multiple randomised controlled trials and social science studies, trained and mentored hundreds of professionals, and contributed widely to academic outputs in various journals. Admay Gebeh-Mustapha

Research and Operations Manager

Admay serves as Operations and Research Manager at RAMLabs, leading multiple research projects and impact evaluations across Sierra Leone in sectors such as health, mining, child protection, behavioral economics, and private sector development. With a master’s degree in Sustainable Development and currently pursuing a master’s in Public Health, Admay brings over a decade of experience in program design, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. His expertise includes data analytics, research design, strategic partnerships, and capacity building, with proficiency in tools such as STATA, SPSS, and SurveyCTO to drive evidence-based decision-making and policy influence.
